Gave it a try. It’s fine but I prefer the Presto brand.

Price went up and quality no better than WM’s 18+ price which used to be what I paid for these. So,, guess where I got my next batch

As other reviewers mentioned, the sheets are a bit narrower than other brands, but I’m OK with that as long as the absorbency and softness were ok.

After the whole toilet paper scare of 2020, I subscribed to this product years ago and loved its regular deliveries! In any case, the other day I had to use the bathroom at a friend’s house and as soon as my fingers felt the pillowy softness of their brand, I knew my subscription to your tried and true brand was ending. There are better brands out there. “Dare I say it”- I had a wonderful wiping experience that reminded me of bear commercials. I immediately unsubscribed from your company and signed up for the new one. I’m sure I won’t regret it. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s been swayed by the softness of their product. It’s time to focus on customer experience. Comfort should be at the forefront of every product. Customers will look for the best and most comfortable product, so it’s important to make sure the product meets their expectations. I will leave you with this note- you were reliable in every way… but not as snuggly soft.

The toilet paper is soft yet durable, and the two-ply thickness provides great absorption. What I love most about this product is how affordable it is. With a pack of 5 containing 6 rolls each, I am able to stock up on toilet paper without breaking the bank. And since the quality is so good, I don’t have to worry about using more than necessary to get the job done.
